During this programme you will learn the foundations and basic tricks of the most important power plant, your own breath.

By changing the rhytm, or the volume of your breathing you can achieve incredible things within your body and mental state.

With the different techniques or ceremonies of breathing  you can reach different goals.

The TEMPLE 6+1 sessions program goes through the foundations of the 5 most relevant techniques used around the World focusing on leveling up our consciousness, emotions, or simply our mood.

To be able to join to the FINAL BREATHWORK CEREMONY, it is required to complete previously 6 sessions of the breathwork foundations classes (the" Introduction into breathwork" class has to be the first, then the other sessions can be done in any order).

1. Introduction into breathwork.
Knowing the basics and getting a taster session of how breathing can affect your mind, your body, your emotions and your life.

2. Buteyko
A Ukrainian doctor, Konstantin Buteyko, created this technique in 1950. This therapeutic breathing method uses breath retention exercises to control the speed and volume of your breath. This helps you to learn to breathe more slowly, calmly, and effectively.
The benefits of Buteyko breathing include enhanced breath control, which helps to prevent breathlessness and promote proper breathing patterns. It’s used to manage and improve a variety of conditions, including asthma, anxiety, and sleep concerns.

3. The Wim Hof Method combines breathing, cold therapy, and commitment to help you connect more deeply to your body. It involves powerful inhalation, relaxed exhalation, and prolonged breath holds. Proponents say the technique can lead to: increased immunity.

4. Pranayama
Pranayama is the ancient practice of controlling your breath. You control the timing, duration, and frequency of every breath and hold.
The goal of pranayama is to connect your body and mind.
alternate nostril breathing (nadishodhana)
victorious breath (ujjayi)
female honeybee humming breath (bhramari)
bellows breath (bastrika)

5. Freedivers breath hold
During the breathwork, feel-good neurotransmitters like adrenaline, noradrenaline, and dopamine are enhanced during freediving breathing and holding your breath afterward. Next to feeling better and having less stress, breathing like a freediver also increases your energy and focus and clears your mind.

When the U.S. cracked down on drugs in the 1970s, the effort dried up most funding and research into psychedelic substances — which only in the past few years have regained momentum in the field of psychotherapy. In the ’70s, rather than shut down all his work, one psychedelic researcher at Johns Hopkins University, Stan Grof, turned his attention to another potential avenue for attaining non-ordinary states of consciousness: breathing. The framework integrates music with modern consciousness research, psychology and Eastern spiritual practices.
