My name is Eszter Fekete-Páris, and I guide you on the path of body awareness and inner presence.
For me, yoga is not merely physical movement — it is a finely tuned awareness that helps us connect with ourselves on physical, emotional, and energetic levels. I hold a degree in Yoga Mastery and have long been engaged in inner work; I’m deeply drawn to the human soul, spirituality, and self-discovery.
Spinal yoga is a tool I use to start from the level of the physical body and gradually touch deeper layers of being. My aim is to create a safe, supportive, and accepting space where everyone can experience inner stillness, balance, and connection to themselves — at their own pace.

In my classes, I value attentive presence and intuitive awareness, creating space for each participant to discover what resonates with them in the moment — whether that’s calm, nourishment, or inner strength.
I believe yoga is not something that works "from the outside in" or "from the inside out" — but rather a living, two-way process: an ongoing dialogue between body and consciousness.
