Kundalini yoga is often referred to as the yoga of consciousness. Compared to other forms of yoga, it is a more dynamic and spiritual practice. Through meditation, physical and breathing exercises, and chanting mantras, it helps us reconnect with our inner selves, our deepest essence. By practicing Kundalini yoga, you will be able to develop a deeper self-awareness, attain higher states of consciousness, and harness your inner wisdom and guidance. These abilities can be particularly valuable during times of significant change, as they enable you to respond to challenges with clarity, inner strength, and adaptability. In Kundalini, we have access to various kriyas (physical practices), meditations, breathing exercises, and mudras (hand postures) that help us address specific issues, whether they are mental, such as fear, anxiety, or depression, or physical and health-related.
