Service Description
We’ll begin with dynamic stretches and a full-body workout to increase flexibility, build strength, and release tension. Breathwork will guide us through each movement, helping to center the mind and bring awareness to the present moment. As the class progresses, we will explore meditation, offering a space for inner reflection and calm. Along the way, we’ll introduce key Yoga principles and philosophy, allowing you to connect deeper with the practice and yourself. Whether you're new to yoga or looking to deepen your understanding, this class provides the perfect balance of physical, mental, and spiritual growth. To close the session, we’ll enjoy a relaxing tea ceremony, giving everyone a moment to reflect, connect, and savor the tranquility created during the practice.
