Our Yoga & Pilates fusion class (Wednesdays 17:45-18:45) combines the best of both yoga and Pilates to offer a balanced and holistic workout for the body and mind. The class blends the flexibility, balance, and mindfulness of Yoga with the core strength, posture alignment, and body conditioning of Pilates. Through a series of flowing sequences, core exercises, and deep stretches, you'll enhance overall strength, improve flexibility, and increase body awareness. What to Expect: Yoga Elements: Focus on breath control (pranayama), flexibility, balance, and deep stretches through traditional yoga poses (asanas). This part of the class promotes relaxation, mental clarity, and body-mind connection. Pilates Components: Target your core muscles with controlled movements, focusing on posture, alignment, and stability. Pilates exercises emphasize core strength, tone muscles, and improve functional movement and endurance. This hybrid class is perfect for those looking to improve flexibility and strength, as well as develop a toned and stable core. Whether you're new to either discipline or experienced, the combined practice offers a well-rounded workout that leaves you feeling strong, centered, and rejuvenated. This class is led by Joel, the founder of Temple, Yoga and Pilates instructor, personal trainer, P.E. teacher, and sports masseur. With a deep passion for sports, travel, and self-discovery, Joel brings a unique approach to "well- being". His classes are not just about physical movement but also about exploring the mystical inner world we all carry within.
